At Vincii Digital, we provide digital products and website-related services, including website leasing, website access, digital services, customization, maintenance, and related services.

Because our services involve digital products, website development, setup, customization, and/or access to digital platforms, certain purchases may be non-refundable once work has begun or access has been provided.

Website Leasing Services

Website lease payments are generally non-refundable once the website has been activated, customized, or made available to the customer.

If a customer cancels before work or website setup has begun, Vincii Digital may review the request for a refund on a case-by-case basis.

Service Issues

If you experience a legitimate technical issue with a Vincii Digital website or service, please contact us so we can investigate and attempt to correct the issue.

Unauthorized Charges

If you believe you were charged without authorization, contact us immediately so we can investigate the transaction.
